Matt has a BS in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University, a Master of Engineering from the University of Colorado in Structural Engineering and an MBA from James Madison University. Matt has spent most of his career working on the developing, permitting, designing, constructing, operating and managing power generating plants and historic homes.
Sudi has a BS in Sociology from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Western Colorado State University. Sudi has spent most of her career working as a generalist in human resources. She is experienced in all aspects of HR: hiring, benefits, compensation, insurance, compliance, employee relations, and strategic planning.
